Cross Checking

The Cross Checking penalty is ruled against a player who checked an opposing player holding his stick with both hands in an horizontal way. Remember that the allowed checking is made with the hips or the shoulder. This penalty is usually a minor penalty, therefore the player goes to the Penalty box for two minutes.
