1900 (MCM) was an exceptional common year starting on Monday of the Gregorian calendar, but a leap year starting on Saturday of the Julian calendar. The Gregorian calendar was 12-day faster until Wednesday, February 28, 1900 [O.S. February 16, 1900], but 13-day faster since Thursday, March 1, 1900 [O.S. February 17, 1900], than the Julian calendar.
